Summer Stage...

Thanks to all who came out to see NUMBERS at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre.

-awarded BEST PLAY and BEST DIRECTOR, SUMMERFEST '07.

NUMBERS is a one-act darkly comic morality play set in a posh British girls boarding school. I played Katherine, a natural leader and head of the lacrosse team, who sets every trend, including the decision to stonewall one pupil for the cardinal sin of being fat, friendly and generally a bit weird.

Vacationland hits NYC

"You grow up fast in the Capehart projects. There was always some new terror happening close by..." The newest film from prolific indie director Todd Verow, VACATIONLAND is the semi-autobiographical story of one youth's struggle to find himself and survive small-town, American life.

In it I play MANDY: a controlling and subversive cheerleader at odds with her boyfriend's new-found sexuality. She's blonde, she's conniving, but she's willing to try new things, so long as she's making the decisions.

Having premiered in February '06 at the Berlinale International Film Festival, VACATIONLAND played in festivals around the world and is now available on DVD.

In other news: congradulations to Emily Flouton, who's short USE THIS, was an official selection of NY SHORT FILM FEST '06. In it I play both sides (split screen) of the warring couple immortalized in "There's a hole in the bucket..." Suffice it to say, however, this is not child's stuff. View for yourself by following the link below...

A woman and her creepily look-a-like husband enjoy a messy spaghetti dinner in this bizarre exploration of marriage, identity and bullfighting... click here for "Use This"
